Locație foarte liniștită. Toate facilitățile: combina frigorifica mare, apa plata si minerala, bucătărie completa, lenjerii, prosoape, etc. Punctul forte pentru noi a fost balconul foarte mare.

The apartment has some positive aspects. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the entire apartment very quickly. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, and the apartment generally looks like the photos. We also appreciated very much being allowed to check in two hours earlier than the official check-in time.

The first disappointment was the parking and the communication with the host. Before our arrival, I asked where we could park, as parking is listed as available. The reply I received was “on the street 🤣”. After arriving, I called to ask where we could park or at least stop for a few minutes to unload our luggage. I was told that public parking is paid, but not where it was located. When I asked if we could briefly stop in front of the building or inside the courtyard to unload, I was warned that someone might call the police. Only after asking several times was I told that stopping for around 10 minutes would probably be fine. It is also important to mention that it is not possible to park in the street where the apartment is located, as it is very narrow and there are no parking spaces. You have to drive around the surrounding streets looking for an available space, which can be quite frustrating during the high season. This was not the kind of welcome we expected after a long journey with a child and made us feel uncomfortable contacting the host again when we encountered other issues during our stay. The bathroom needs renovation. There was a persistent sewage smell throughout our stay despite an air freshener and a drain cover being placed there. Every shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. Cleanliness upon arrival was also below expectations: the toilet was not completely clean, there were dried toothpaste stains around the sink, and the toothbrush cup was visibly dirty inside. The terrace was another disappointment. Previous reviews described the apartment as private and quiet, but this was not our experience. The terrace is directly next to the shared staircase, so every guest going to the neighboring apartment passes right by it and has a direct view of the terrace. We never felt it offered the level of privacy we expected. The sofa in the living room is heavily worn out and uncomfortable.
