Martiniz House bulunduğu konum harika yanı başında yeme içme yerleri, market bulabilirsiniz. ayrıca trafiğe kapalı eğlence ve alışveriş sokaklarına 5 dk. yürüme mesafesinde, sahile 5-6 dk. yürüyüş ile ulaşabilirsiniz denizi çok güzel fakat 2,5 km uzaklıkda Pallini Beach denizi fevkalede, sahilde hem ücretli beachlar hem de ücretsiz bölüm mevcut fiyatlar idare eder ortalaması makul, ayrıca sahile inerken cadde üzerinde dıscount market var geyet iyi bir market, işletmeci cana yakın, yardımsever birisi bu arada biz 2 çocuk 4 yetişkin rahat bir şekilde konakladık.
Martiniz House a pek yakın (karşı karşıya) noktada Libre Garden Bar var. müzikleri soft fakat etrafı yoğun olabiliyor bizi çok rahatsız etmedi ama sizde bilin istedim.

Locația a fost superbă, ne-a oferit tot necesarul. Casa este una veche, vintage, dar frumos întreținută. Este situată în inima stațiunii, foarte aproape de plajă, restaurante și supermarketuri.
Singurul dezavantaj al casei, sunt scările destul de zgomotoase și faptul ca nu am avut apă intr-o zi, dar nu a ținut de proprietari, ci de o problema in stațiune.
