Open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen & integrated appliances, including dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with grill and 4 ring induction hob.
Kitchen island with drop down leaf to extend for dining space with two bar stools.
Kitchen has basics to get you started, coffee pods for the coffee machine, dishwasher tabes, oil, salt and pepper, cling film, bin bags, clothes etc.
Living space also has a Sofa bed with a large smart Tv.
Drop down desk as a dedicated work space with a light above and plenty of sockets.
Washing machine utility cupboard with iron, ironing board and all cleaning equipment.
Double bed with plenty of throws, spread pillows in the chest of drawers.
Bedroom area with a chest of drawers and bedside table and a hanging clothes rail, small dressing table are with stool.

Stairs are steep but there are two handrails for your safety. We advise to hold on when going up and down and ensure the night light is left turned on at the bottom of the stairs if you dont turn the main light on - switch right next to the stair handrail.
