When you stay in this pool home, you’ll have the whole place to yourself. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and you’ll be given a key code for secure and easy access to the home. This desert retreat is equipped with modern comforts to help you ease into vacation mode, including a washer and dryer, high-speed Wifi, and all of your kitchen and bathroom basics.
Other things to note
1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay. Maximum of 2.
4. No smoking anything inside the house
5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us. Driveway parking only. Quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
6. Please remove shoes in the house.
7. Pool heating has a cost of $100 per day, 2 days minimum. Please let us know in advance so we can have the pool fully heated for you. Spa heating is complimentary.
8. The City of Indio requires : Submitting ID, Signed Renter`s Agreement and the responsible guest must be at least 21 years of age.

The home was great for our family - three couples, five kids and a dog. Super convenient to have two bunk beds in a room. Arcade and game room was great when it was too hot outside. On cooler times, the pool and outdoor sports were fun. Host was also responsive and easy to deal with. Would stay here again. Thanks!

The property was amazing, and my family and I had a wonderful time! Oliver was very responsive and incredibly kind. There were plenty of activities to enjoy — I especially loved the golf simulator, while the kids had a blast in the pool, spa, and playing pocket billiards. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun family getaway.

We were there for a lacrosse tournament in January so gone most of the time during the day. We had 3 families staying there. Living room is tiny and couch would only sit 4 comfortably plus 2 chairs yet house sleeps 10-12? The golf simulator was a big hit with our group and we did play some chess and pickleball. Besides the small living room and kitchen it was a pain to have to ask the rental company via VRBO message to please turn on the jacuzzi when we wanted to best it. They were responsive but had small delays. Would be best for a group no bigger than 8 in my mind, unless you plan to be outside most of the time which was nice and big.overall Indont think we would stay here again.
