This newly built 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is situated on the Kennebunk river about close to Dock Square and Kennebunk Beach! While the unit is private, the property is shared with the the house next door. Please respect the privacy of others while at this home! You may be greeted by Dewey, the black lab! This newly constructed unit has a Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a covered deck overlooking the yard and river. The kitchen is well stocked, linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, and so much more. This space is air conditioned. Step out back to find some yard games, a firepit with wood included, and the Kennebunk river. The walk to Dock Square is about 1.8 miles and all sidewalks. Great place for our small family. The place is new and clean and very convenient location for the Kennebunkport beaches. It was an extra plus that the house came with all the things for the beach including the beach pass, we really appreciated that! We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fabulous Memorial Day weekend! This location was perfect to stay at for our little family. It was close to the beach and downtown area.
