You have open social spaces, large bedrooms, a cozy den with a built-in desk for work, and a large front and back yard, a side deck, and a farmer's porch to hang out and enjoy the Maine atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Schooner Dr. The house is private on a quiet street but only minutes from the beach and town. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The house was clean, bright and comfortable. We will be back!

We stayed at Summer Landing for just over a week and enjoyed every minute. The house was clean, well laid out, and slept us and our two kids perfectly. The living room was great for hosting friends and there is plenty of outdoor space for our kids to run around. It was a short drive to the beach and the house included a parking pass. It was walking distance from a great lunch spot and a short drive to Kennebunkport and all the nice restaurants.
