Welcome to Historic Summer's Landing! Located on the historic summer street, this pet friendly home is a short walk to the wedding cake house and the famous landing store Lobster Rolls! Drive about 5 minutes to Dock Square and the beaches. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival. The updated amenities and well designed house will make you feel at home. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a bedroom. Walk upstairs to find 3 additional bedrooms and a reading nook. The back yard has a dining set, hammocks, BBQ grill, and a gas fireplace. The backyard has peaceful and serene meadow views.

It was very close ( 5 minutes to venue) to the wedding reception and the backyard was fenced which was really nice for our paps.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable for our family, with thoughtful touches like beach towels and a beach parking pass. The location was perfect—right between the upper and lower village—and we really enjoyed the style and aesthetic of the home.

First the location of this home is perfect with close proximity to dock square, the beach and downtown kennenbunk for everything you need. The home was very well stocked and great furnishings throughout. Added bonus was the great backyard for those cool summer evenings and perfect for our dogs. Also, the landing store is just a short 2min walk to get a perfect breakfast sandwich and coffee.
Finally, can't speak highly enough of the property management teams communication and prompt responses.
Fantastic all round and will be back!
