The chic open design of the LR-DR-Kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and wall of windows will put you in Relax Mode. Cozy up to one of two stone fireplaces, cook in the custom Chef’s Kitchen, or enjoy coffee at the island, breakfast nook, or family room. The Primary bedroom has a spa tub and tiled walk-in shower. Add a wraparound deck, screened porch, outdoor hot tub, and a firepit. Boom.

THE SPACE
Stepping in the front door, you’ll be swept up by the spacious, elegant open design, with its breathtaking wall of windows, cathedral ceilings, and superb natural lighting. When it’s time to chill, you can opt to recline in front of a roaring fire with your favorite beverage in hand EITHER in the living room OR in the family room – knowing BOTH have those amazing walls of windows. The fully equipped, custom Chef’s Kitchen features high-end appliances, a stone-top island and waterfall counter, plus everything you need to make delicious vacation meals and snacks, or excellent Keurig-made coffee. There’s also a breakfast nook and dining table to gather around. And for a change of pace, head out to the furnished screened porch with a glass of vino, play some cards, and enjoy the birdsongs coming from the surrounding trees. Upstairs, you’ll find another spacious, comfy area to lay back, read a book, do yoga, or simply reflect on The Good Life!

Besides the stylish décor, excellent natural lighting, and plentiful storage space, each of the bedrooms is highlighted by our use of high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a sound sleep and sweet dreams.

The designer bathrooms feature deluxe vanities and fixtures, luxurious tile walk-in showers – and in the Primary Bathroom, a spa-style tub – and all the essentials you and your guests may require. There’s also a top-quality washer/dryer to handle your laundry needs.

Outside, you’ll find a large wraparound deck, upon which you can chill out, soak in the sunshine, and talk amongst yourselves to your heart’s content. After a day at the beach, unwind in the private hot tub, surrounded by trees and fresh lake air. At night, you can gather with your guests around the firepit, count falling stars, and enjoy the peaceful, easy feeling a vacation here brings forward. If kids want to play outside, there’s a nice lawn area, too, in the midst of the professionally landscaped yard. And lest we forget to mention it again – because it bears repeating – you and your guests are just a short walk, on a private access pathway, from exclusive Gordon Beach and its majestic, crystal sand shoreline of Lake Michigan. Yes, yes, yes!

Besides being just a short walk from the majestic, crystalline sand of exclusive Gordon Beach on Lake Michigan AND some great spots to eat, drink, and be merry in Union Pier – including several fine dining restaurants, a brewery, a wine and spirits tasting room, and quaint antique shops – you’re also super-close to the many popular restaurants, coffee shops, stylish boutiques, distinguished art galleries, and nightlife of downtown New Buffalo! Plus, you can enjoy the countless activities afforded by being a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor – including boat, jet-ski, kayak, paddleboard, and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises – and all sorts of woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore. In addition, Warren Dunes State Park is close by, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, gorgeous beachfront, hiking and biking trails, and extraordinary birdwatching! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
