Maximum Occupants - 13 This sprawling property is located across the street from Lake Michigan. This home is close to multiple beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and three blocks to the heart of downtown Union Pier. An array of Harbor Country's towns and activities are just a short drive away. The large wooden Play Set is a hit with kids, and a big Firepit area in the back yard is perfect for night time bonfires. This house has been host to many family reunions, friendcations. Weekend getaways.
Grey House has a beautiful open floor plan. Gather around the enormous kitchen island with seating for 5, the 10 person quartz-topped catering table, or the 2 comfy and beautiful extra long Pottery Barn Couches or 2 Pottery Barn Chair and 1/2 reading/hang out pieces.

Although some beaches have been diminished or washed away over the last few years, Berrien Street Beach remains one of the best and deepest, sugar sand beaches in all of Southwest Michigan. Great house & location! Owner was very helpful & left us a very nice welcoming basket! The s’mores were a huge hit for all of us! We had plenty of space for all of us(6 adults & 2 littles) Loved that we had plenty of room to all eat together at the table! We didn’t use the hot tub-we spent most of the time at the very nice beach! Son took the littles on a paddle board & they loved it! House had EVERYTHING we needed & we are already talking about a return trip! So nice to stay someplace where the owner has already thought of everything! Plenty of games & we put a puzzle together one note! Highly recommend
