With a generous **85 m² of living space spread over two floors**, there’s plenty of room for up to **6 people** to enjoy a restful vacation with family, friends, or a relaxing getaway for two.

You’ll feel the pleasant atmosphere the moment you step into the apartment. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and create a bright, friendly ambiance. The tasteful furnishings combine modern living with cozy comfort and invite you to relax from the very first moment.
The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the vacation rental. Here, you can enjoy breakfast together, cook, laugh, or wind down the day with a game night. The comfortable living area offers plenty of space to relax and can be converted into a spacious sleeping area (250 x 160 cm) if needed. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment on cozy evenings.
From the living area, you have direct access to the fully furnished balcony—the perfect spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning, relaxing reading sessions, or a picturesque sunset after an eventful day of vacation.
