NORTH SEA. HIILGROVEN. SEEDEICH 1
Cozy comfort under a thatched roof, freshly renovated right on the dike.
The SEEDEICH 1 vacation rental offers a parking space right by the house and plenty of storage space for bikes and other gear.
The spacious entryway leads to the kitchen, dining area, a cozy sofa nook, and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. There’s also a bedroom with access to the terrace on this level.
The floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the sheltered terrace and offer an unobstructed view of the open countryside, the adjacent fields and meadows, a bit of the dike, and nothing else. — Nothing but open space… And now, read this out loud at home, veeeery slowly: “Nothing but open space, pure tranquility, and plenty of fresh North Sea air.” - So? Did it work?
Up a flight of stairs, you’ll find another bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the living area offers two additional sleeping spots.
And if you’ve always wanted to go on vacation with your very best friends without getting on each other’s nerves… Just book the SEEDEICH 2 vacation rental as well.

Pictures may show additional amenities, such as bed linens, towels, a grill, etc., some of which can only be added for a fee after the booking process is complete. If additional services are included in the rental price, they will be explicitly described in the listing.
Barbecue Ban: Since this is a thatched-roof house (as is the neighboring house) and the necessary safety distances cannot be guaranteed, barbecuing on the premises is strictly prohibited. Bringing and using your own grills is also not permitted.
If pets are allowed in this vacation rental, this applies exclusively to dogs.
Some municipalities charge a visitor’s tax. This is not included in the booking price.
For arrivals within 5 days, we accept only payments via real-time bank transfer.

Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi. Therefore, a stay is now only possible without our grandchildren (ages 17 and 12). The vacation rental is flawless. Absolute peace and quiet in the surrounding area.

We felt very comfortable there (4 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog). A very nice, quiet, and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet, and it’s difficult to get around without a car, but it’s in a great location for walking the dog, relaxing and unwinding, or going for a jog. We would definitely rent this apartment again. :-)

One of two apartments in a beautiful thatched-roof house, located a bit off the beaten path. Walking and biking trails right outside the front door. Shopping options in the nearby towns.
Lovingly furnished and a beautiful outdoor area with 2 terraces in a private garden.
Washing machine in a separate room, shared with the other apartment.
The Wi-Fi goes out occasionally, but you don’t really need it all the time if you want to unplug.
We really enjoyed our time there—it was the perfect place to just relax.
