House "Solly" (sunlight)
Completed only in July 2012, wooden house in Scandinavian style allows a holiday of a special kind. The unprecedented situation situated directly on a natural habitat, with unobstructed views of the just meters away dike, they enchanted moment in a relaxed atmosphere and lets you forget everyday life. The light-filled house, with its approximately 90 m², 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, sauna and Jacuzzi, 1 guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and two covered wooden decks, can accommodate 6 people and is equipped with all amenities for a relaxing holiday equipped. A wood burning stove for cooler days is available, as well as the loft invites with its cozy height to linger.
On the approximately 600 m² plot your children have enough space to play. Also for the sun on nice days is taken care of - sun loungers, contemporary garden furniture and a barbecue are available for you.
The living room
The large bright living room is welcoming and offers a comfortable leather seating area for cozy evenings in front of television the flat screen TV and a dining area for six people enough space to feel comfortable and nice get-together. You want to share your experiences with your friends over the Internet? This is also possible with the existing Internet connection. From the lounge you go directly to one of the large covered wooden patio. And should sometimes be a little cooler, the days, so you can make yourself comfortable in front of the furnace. Bedroom I

In a cozy height here little people find a special place to play and run - and great people a unique place on the cozy bubble bed (... .and a good book ...?) watch the world go by let. (Caution: addictive!).
The kitchen
Equipped with all the items needed for a high-quality kitchen, you are given the opportunity to conjure up even the most demanding dishes. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, dishes and much else are of course standard equipment.
The Bad
After an active day a quick shower, or rather then descend relaxing sauna sessions and in the hot tub?,…. All this is possible in this suite.

Wir sind angekommen gegen 16.15 Uhr mussten noch warten bis 17 Uhr weil noch nicht fertig geputzt war? Das Haus ist auch für behinderte Menschen geeignet. Leider mussten wir einige Schränke erst mal putzen weil sie schmutzig waren. Die Waschbatterien in Toilette und Bad sind verdreckt und verkalkt. Die Düsen in der Badewanne vom Whirlpool haben schwarze Ränder. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer verstaubt. Der Staubsauger musste erst vom Dreck und Haaren befreit werden bevor man ihn benutzen konnte. Der Toilettendeckel im Bad passt nicht und verrutscht immer. Der Stöpsel im Waschbecken vom Bad hält nicht sodass das Wasser einfach abläuft. Unter den Betten und Matratzen waren gebrauchte Taschentücher. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hinten hat kein Signal. Das Terrassenlicht geht nicht und es gibt weder Liegestühle noch Strandkorb wie in den anderen Häusern. Die Rahmen von Fenstern und Türen waren total verdreckt. Das muss schon länger so sein denn der Schmutz ist fest und nur durch extremes putzen zu beseitigen. Alles in allem die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Vielleicht sollte der Eigentümer oder FeWo unangemeldet das Objekt besuchen und anschauen. Schade wir hatten über FeWo schon ein Haus in Norden gebucht und das war super gut und total sauber. Schade

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr abgelegen in einer Ferienhaussiedlung direkt hinterm Deich. Zur ruhigen Lage trägt auch die schlechte Handyverbindung bei, was aber zur Abwechslung gar nicht schlecht mal so schlecht war.
Wir haben das Haus für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kindern gemietet und der Platz war für uns alle absolut ausreichend. Da das Haus aber direkt an einem Teich liegt, muss gerade auf die kleinen Kinder draußen besonders geachtet werden!
Wir werden sicher noch einmal wieder kommen...

Sehr gemütliches, hübsch eingerichtetes Objekt in ruhiger Lage, nahe am Deich. Tolle Küche. Die Sauna und der Kamin waren auch Klasse, der Whirlpool ist eher unterdimensioniert und mit zwei Personen eigentlich schon zu voll.
Der Kontakt vor Ort war gut erreichbar und super hilfsbereit und nett. Die Verwaltung meldet sich dagegen überhaupt nicht auf Anfragen.

WLAN ist zwar verfügbar, jedoch ist der Router über einen mobilen Stick angeschlossen. Hierüber gibt es keinen Empfang.
Warmwasser kam teilweise zögerlich bis garnicht an. Hier sollte der Durchlauferhitzer überprüft werden.
Sonst gefiel es uns sehr gut.
