The home’s location was great for the purpose of our visit, Balloon Fiesta. The Rio Rancho suburb had a lot of restaurants & retail choices. Keypad front door and use of garage door opener made easy access. A sweet treat was waiting upon arrival.The home provides the bare minimum in each room (common areas & bedrooms alike). Second and third bedrooms need small furniture to make them fully functional. Only one hair dryer to share with both bathrooms. Towels and bedding were nice. Only checkout request was to place the trash in the outside can upon departure.

Limited cookware, poor Wi-Fi, A/C randomly cut out, the backyard had two large doors laying in the middle or it, the beds were very uncomfortable, the dryer had 4 foot of lint clogging it.
