About this house rental

This 2,500 SF home was built by an award-winning green builder in 2022 and is certified to be sustainable, environmentally friendly, healthy, and comfortable. Master suite has king-sized bed, walk-in closet, handicapped accessible shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The other three spacious bedrooms have queen-sized beds with access to two full bathrooms. Tons of storage. Extremely safe, quiet neighborhood. Two-car garage included--and room for 4 cars in driveway and RV to side of house . Close to all Rio Rancho amenities--shopping, hospitals, restaurants, theatres, etc. and Intel.
