If you're in charge of finding the rental property for your group, you're under A LOT of pressure. The place has to be spectacular -- at least as great as last year's site. The Sawyer is just the place to make you a superstar!

The Sawyer -- Reunion and Retreat is the perfect site for all of your large group gathering needs. Unlike many homes that advertise "room for 24 people in 5 bedrooms and 3 baths," our gorgeous resort-style home offers a generous amount of private sleeping and bath suites with 8 Bedrooms and 6 and 1/2 Bathrooms beautifully accommodating 25 people. All of our beds are comfortable and dressed in high quality sheets, cozy blankets and stylish quilts and comforters. The bathrooms are spotless and adorned with high quality toiletries and resort-style towels and washcloths.

Before we get to our gorgeous living spaces, let's chat about our many "fun" spaces. First, the pool. Our beautiful, in-ground pool is brand new, and state-of-the-art! (Pictures on site here) Heated to your specifications, beautiful and functional. The in-pool lounging decks allow you to cool down comfortably while sitting in the pool. Our pool is over-sized and refreshing at 16x40 feet -- offering plenty of room for everyone in your group! Seating at the pool? Plenty of chaise lounges and tables with comfy chairs and umbrellas.

Want something a little hotter. How about jets massaging your body in 101-102 degree hot water? Perfect on a summer day. Even better on a cool autumn or frozen winter night The hot tub comfortably hosts 7 bathers in a warm, watery paradise. What better way to catch up with friends and family than in the comfort of a brand new hot tub. Our brand new spa is up and running and guests are raving about the luxury!

Inside the Inn is where we really shine -- that's right Inn. We're not an over-sized house with traditional living spaces. Our Inn is designed, furnished, decorated and set up like an Inn. As we discussed, we have exceedingly quiet suites so you have the ultimate in privacy. But, the real beauty of our Inn is the amazing living areas. Most rental homes only have a kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. We have ELEVEN COMMON AREAS (not counting our pool and spa seating areas). We are confident that we have some of the VERY BEST common spaces of any property in southwest Michigan.

It all starts with our Chef's Kitchen. Big, bright and top-of-the line equipment. A two oven, 6 burner oven/range, two refrigerator/freezers, a separate beverage fridge, dishwasher. And an oversized pantry filled with plates, glasses, silverware, blenders, crock pots, toasters, food processors, baking tins, wine gasses and mugs.

Right outside the kitchen is a great Kitchen Dining Area with a 12 foot long island with a quartz countertop and 12 comfy stools -- perfect for breakfast, lunch or a snack. Even better for hanging out with friends or family chatting and laughing

On to the Living Room and Conversation Alcove. The Living Room is large, bright and inviting. A perfect place to escape with 1-12 others for some quiet, intimate time. Even more intimate is the Conversation Alcove -- a lovely table with 4 comfy chairs. Do a jigsaw puzzle, play Euchre, or separate far enough from the rest of the crowd to have the most private conversations.

The jewel of the indoor space is the Great Room. and it truly lives up to its name. There are two dining table that seat 20 people comfortably. A big screen TV with TWO giant sectional couches that seat 12 with additional deep chairs that will seat another 4. Having a retreat or meeting? We can help you move the furniture to the side and set up tables for meeting space for 24, yoga for 24, a guest speaker with chairs for 20 or seminar space for 25. The ceiling is over 20 feet high and light pours into the room from the wall of windows that surround the space. Your entire Group will love this space.

Next is what really separates us from our competition -- massive amounts of Screened-In Room and a light-filled Three Season Room -- between them surrounding the entire Inn.! There is room for your entire group to enjoy the porches even in small groups at the same time and no one will feel crowded in the least. Our pictures of the space are great, but they don't do justice to our treasured outdoor gathering areas.

You cannot beat our living spaces!

We also are blessed with three acres of property offering over 1.5 acres of green space to enjoy with a game of badminton or volleyball, croquet or bags. Our property has lush vegetation, privacy hedges, and gorgeous flowers. Our outdoors area is guaranteed to relax everyone in your group. For those of you on Retreat, the outdoor spaces offer excellent places for quiet conversation and meditation..

Last but not least is our 1200 square foot Pole Barn Entertainment Center. We offer an amazing entertainment experience. You will have access to Foosball, Ping Pong, Bar Shuffleboard, Pop a Shot, Poker, and Air Hockey, as well as a large assortment of classic board games.
