Arrived with an approved early check in. House was ready for us, pool and hot tub were spotless! We were able to comfortably sleep 16 people. Kitchen has basic utensils and pots/pans, plenty of bowls & plates. Would recommend bringing kitchen knives & spices.
Having the game & pool rooms separate from sleeping area was perfect, our 1 year old was able to fall asleep and stay asleep even while the adults played pool and board games (loudly).
Everyone raved about the location in proximity to one our favorite beaches. I have nothing bad to say about this property.
