- This single-story home requires steps to enter, and there are some interior steps between rooms. Additional stairs are required to access the basement level
- There are 2 full bathrooms located inside the home, and 2 additional showers/toilets are located in the co-ed bathroom attached to the pool area
- Please note that the basement is unfinished and may be slightly colder than the rest of the house. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located in the unfinished basement
- Please reach out to the Guest Contact prior to your stay to request RV/trailer parking
- There is a train that periodically runs near the back of the house and you may hear it during your stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located on the front porch facing the driveway, and 6 cameras are on the corners of the home facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence; however, guests have the option to turn them off
- A small amount of firewood is provided, but it is recommended that guests bring their own if they plan to use the fire pit

It was great!! The pool room and game room were unbelievable. The bathroom and showers in the pool room were ideal. The kids would not even leave to go out to dinner. The layout of the home was perfect. The train that ran through the property was also a big hit with the kids. If it came through while we were sleeping it did not wake anyone up. I would highly recommend this home. I am sure we will be going back.

The property is beautiful. The pool is the major hit. My only issue was the cleanliness of the house. Upon my arrival I found the kitchen to be dirty. The stove had food residue and so did the counter tops. I had to wipe them. Some dishes that had already putaway in the cabinets were dirty. The beds had dirty linens and the pillows had dog or cat hair and some even human hairs. Communication was also an issue. Previous to my arrival I emailed the property manager asking for the door code and didn't get a response till maybe an hour before my arrival with instructions. An hour after I arrived I emailed the property manager my issues with the dirty kitchen and again I didn't get a response. So again, the property, the pool, the game room, the pond, the fire pit, they are all beautiful. The biggest issue is how the house and how it doesn't look like it gets property cleaned prior to guests arrival.
