With three spacious bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking the ultimate coastal getaway.
The moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by bright and airy interiors, where large windows flood the space with natural light. The open-concept living area features plush seating, a Smart TV for entertainment, and coastal-inspired décor, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're enjoying breakfast at the dining table or a casual lunch at the kitchen bar, you'll love the seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Step outside to your private oasis – the stunning heated pool (additional cost to have it heated) is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach, while the outdoor BBQ area invites you to grill up your favorite meals as you bask in the Florida sunshine. The patio is furnished with comfortable seating, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The master suite offers a serene retreat with a king-size bed, luxurious linens, and a private en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms, thoughtfully designed with queen beds, ensure everyone has a comfortable place to unwind. A full-size washer and dryer are also included, making it easy to keep your beach attire fresh throughout your stay.

What a gem this place is. One of the cleanest and most well maintained homes we’ve had the pleasure of staying. This home is exactly as advertised!! Even had additional amenities we weren’t expecting and sure did make our stay even better!! The management team is very responsive, polite, and helpful. The location is awesome! The backyard is a great oasis from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. All while being very close to every activity you could want. We rented a golf cat for the week and having access to the garage was top notch! Gave us increased peace of mind that our investment would be protected. I beg any and all who stay here, to please take care of this home! We most certainly will be back!! Thanks so much for a great family vacation Just A Splash!!

Very clean and well equipped we actually didn’t need anything other than food. The host supplied very easy access information and all the extras that we needed to have a very enjoyable fall break family getaway. The location was perfect for us we needed handicap accessible beach access and it was very close by and made the trips to the beach so much more enjoyable for all. We were planning our next visit back before we left.
