Cocoonr agency offers this charming 37 m² flat for rent in Bruz, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 1,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 28 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV (120 cm flat screen)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room separated by a curtain (no door) with Italian shower, washing machine, heated towel rail, vanity unit and WC.
Communal area :
- An unenclosed shared garden (south/south-west facing) to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet, wooded environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.
Activities :
- The Rennes Exhibition Centre is just 1 km away,
- Saint-Malo is 60 km away (about 1 hour),
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 82 km away (approx. 1 hour 10 minutes),
