    Very nice hotel for family stay or otherwise. Cleanliness, Food and Staff are very nice. Padmanabhan sir is also very responsive and sincere in getting any issue addressed. So are other staff. Food is also very good in taste and variety. Thank you and keep it up.

    We had a really good stay at ketti heights. The staff were really friendly amd even guided us on what to explore in ooty

    Not much options in Breakfast. Isolated from Ooty and a bit inward. Cleanliness is good but not a "Resort" feeling. They don;t have balconies but a small window in the name of valley view
