We stayed twice at the Ellen while visiting London. Great location, close to the tube. Amazing staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ellen. Great location, 5 minute walk from the tube. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. My only quibble is that the staff, while lovely and accommodating, were very slow. My friends and I waited for 15 minutes for our drinks, though we were the only patrons in the bar. Also, they were out of most of the bar snacks by 8 pm. And the elevator is terribly slow.

A gem of a hotel in a great location for visiting the Albert Hall and surrounding area. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and friendly efficient staff.

Hard to say if Agoda at fault or hotel but didn’t get the room I’d booked and paid for . Hotel weren’t helpful and no answer from Agoda on this either . Wouldn’t use again
