    Everything about this hotel was awesome. Location, cleanliness, friendliness of entire staff, and restaurant were all excellent. Could not be more pleased. Would definitely recommend.

    We had a lovely stay at Ellen Kensington and would happily recommend it to others visiting London. The location is excellent. Earls Court Underground Station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring London. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. From the reception team to the breakfast staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely considerate. Their customer service really stood out. I had not added breakfast when I made the original booking, and my enquiry about adding it later went unanswered. However, when we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and added breakfast for us at the same price. This small gesture showed that they truly care about their guests and providing good service. The breakfast was a great and convenient addition to our stay. The spread was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The room was clean, compact, and recently renovated. While it was on the smaller side, it was functional and comfortable for our needs. There was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice addition, but this was only a minor inconvenience. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during our stay. The hotel also has a lift. It is a little slow, and we joked that it might be the slowest lift in the world — but in a fun way, and it certainly did the job! Overall, Ellen Kensington offers a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality. The friendly and caring staff make a real difference to the experience. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in London.
