Villa Yaiza - VipVipVillas

It is a really nice house. We spend a week to celebrate NYE with Grandma, 2 Couples and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for them to play around both in the house and on the gras. The pool was nice and warm, it was quite windy most days but this went unnoticed at the pool as it is enclosed by walls. The rooms are spacious and the house is lots of facilities. Dishwasher, washing machine, bbq, tv, wifi. It's all there. You will need a car to get around as the villa is located further from the beach, but we knew this upfront. We had a great time with the family and a great stay at the villa.

The pictures on the website are perfected and the villa is presented spotless. The white walls could use some fresh paint to match the pictures.

Absolutely fantastic Villa, in a perfect location. Was in pristine condition, and the hosts made it special for my wife's birthday by decorating, and leaving some bubbles and gifts upon our arrival. The Pool was great, and not overlooked. Will 100% be back.

Beautiful new fully equiped house. A lot of space, nice garden

Not walking distance from beach.

Quiet location

Ok, so this villa sleeps 8 Whoever took the photos is a genius. This villa is only big enough for 4 people. Ok, to start only 4 sun beds, i asked for more but was told NO I also asked for furniture for the grassed area, which was shown in photos. The answer was NO We also mentioned that the hot water runs out after 3 showers When you have a villa for 8, this should not happen Also, we had a terrible smell in the ensuite (Poo), and the drainage in the shower would back up, so the bathroom floor was always wet. We were so looking forward to this family holiday, and we have returned disappointed.
