The apartment is huge, the photos do not do it justice. It truly is a beautiful apartment and the absolute perfect location when staying in Broadstairs. Everything you could ever need for a short, or long, stay. The bed and sofa bed are really comfy and slept really well - until daylight breaks! I would stay here again for sure, hopefully when the blinds are better or maybe curtains fitted.
The windows do not have black out blinds, the top windows in the living room dont have blinds at all so anyone using the sofa bed won't get much sleep. We stayed in August so the light streams in at 4am. The bedroom has what I think should be a black out blind on one window, but not the other. However the one window that does have one isn't brilliant. We have fed this back and they are going to look into it. This wouldn't stop us from recommending the property, just something that people need to be aware of.

Very central location, well equipped and spacious appartement
WiFi very slow and/or not working properly. Seagulls on adjacent roofs very noisy from about 4 am! (awoken each day -may not be an issue at other times of the year) Keys easy to pick up but instructions to find access door not clear - had to ask in Costa - as fact you have t go through gate not mentioned!

Approach to outside staircase through iron gate and past bins. Quite intimidating for solo visitor.
