All very good

The proximity to the lovely bay! We had the perfect base to explore the Kent coast!

The property was clean, tidy and perfect for what I needed. Bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The location was amazing!!!! Everything about the property was explained leading up to my trip and whilst I was there. Angie was very lovely and helpful.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like

The host was communicative and friendly, and they explained the stay clearly in advance through Booking.com. The property was clean, and the location was good on a quiet, calm street.

The space felt quite limited, with basically two bedrooms and a small kitchenette and no real area to relax. There were also a lot of signs and rule sheets around the property, which felt repetitive and a bit overwhelming for a one-night stay. The double bed mattress was uncomfortable, and the biggest issue was the temperature, as it was very cold in the evening and overnight. We contacted the host through Booking.com during the stay but did not get a response until several days later, so the issue was not resolved at the time. We were also surprised that there was a thin internal door separating this accommodation from another one, which meant we could hear the other guests and it felt less private than expected.
