This lovely unique cottage is tucked away but only 300 yards from the beach and just 50 yards from town centre.. 4 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed
Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, (Accessed Via Bedroom 2). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed front garden with terrace, sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There a set of steps in the garden.. Vine Cottage sits in the heart of Broadstairs in a peaceful area only 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the High Street. The garden terrace where you can sit and enjoy your moring coffee while taking in the great view over east Broadstairs.
Broadstairs has so much to offer from the long stretch of golden sandy beaches to the pretty walks around the Charles Dickens inspired town. There is a a selection of pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy refreshments or have a bite to eat. There is great transport links to all surrounding towns and villages, so why not spend the day at Margate Beach and Dreamland or explore the old town of Sandwich with its skinny cobbled streets and shops. Beach 300 yards.

For 3 of us the property was ideal but with more you may find issues with having only one bathroom with combined toilet. . . that too was ground floor not on same level as bedrooms. . . It also took us time to get used to all the little quirky steps within the property, happy to say we didn't have any falls.The location of the property was second to none being only a 5 minute walk from Sea, Shops and Amazing Restaurants. . Always a bonus that nobody has to drive to eateries. My husband will no longer book a property that doesn't have parking, it was a bonus to have parking just around the corner.All in all we had a lovely break and would highly recommend.thanks Harry.Hope to come again

Good location
Stairs to the property a little awkward for my elderly mother
One double bedroom had to be accessed through a single bedroom which was awkward

Vine cottage was just right for us we throughly enjoyed ourselves, great location with lots of places to eat, close to the beach, very well equipped, beds were very comfortable , would stay again 😃
