Chéri's aparts

The owner was very nice helpful and welcoming. The property was equipped with everything you need, even things you didn’t know you didn’t need. It was nicely cleaned and tidied, great area and close to train station and downtown. The free espresso machine and welcoming water bottles and towels were a very nice gesture, in addition to a washer, hot water and many cleaning products.

The price was high considering a one night stay, I believe that prices should be less, not necessarily speaking about the apartment we rented, but the prices overall. (This apartment was one of the best affordable accommodations, and was of a great value.

Disponibilità dei gestori e, considerando il Lussemburgo, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo (eravamo in tre in un appartamento). Ottima pulizia e letti comodi.

Avendo l'appartamento a mansarda, è rimasto molto caldo. Fortunatamente i ventilatori hanno attenuato il caldo. Scala ripida e senza ascensore per raggiungere il piano.

Nice apartment with all amenities that are needed. Comfortable big bed and a good couch. Small dining table in the kitchen which is furnished as well. Bathroom was good too. Overall it was good

The floors were in rough shape. There is a nail poking out at the entrance of living room so be careful. My wife's foot was bleeding. Some places the floor was sinking. Fan had dust on it which was blown on us when we turned it on. Can be cleaned a bit better. Parking is near is totally a luck factor but easy to find a bit further down the street. Also, the airplanes are really loud in the night, bring earplugs.

Locatie, schoon beddengoed, schone handdoeken. Grootste bed was helemaal goed. Badkamer wel schoon. Eigenaresse reageerde snel.

Bovenste appartement. Vieze geur, veel dingen waren vies (deuren, handgrepen, ijskast, glazen tafel, bekleding van stoelen geel gevlekt, bekers in de kast, handleiding apartement helemaal gevlekt en in plakkerig hoesje etc.), veel te weinig bestek voor 4 personen, geen warm water ‘s avonds om te douchen (volgende ochtend verholpen), geen theedoek om afwas af te drogen, geen vaatdoekje. Tweede, kleinere 2 persoonsbed was echt keihard. Dit heb ik ook allemaal aan eigenaresse door gegeven. Veel dingen staan ook in reviews van maanden geleden. Ik snap werkelijk de hoge ratings niet. Dat spullen wat ouder/eenvoudiger zijn in het apartement is ok, maar het hoeft niet vies te zijn. Suggestie gedaan om de slechte reviews serieus te nemen en er wat aan te doen. Je ziet bij binnenkomst beneden en in het apartement wel de intentie om een compleet apartement aan te bieden. Hopelijk verbetering in de toekomst.
