A bit dirty with unwashed glasses etc in cupboard- if there was some washing up liquid supplied this may help. Walls are very thin and next door kept banging to suggest we keep quiet ( we aren’t noisy)

Location was awesome. Great cafes and grocers nearby.

A bedroom doorknob was broken and the shower doors wouldn’t stay on the hinges.

Inrichting van het appartement was leuk en het was lekker ruim. Bedden waren comfortabel, alleen was 1 bed bijna kapot (bij de poten). Badkamer is klein en donker, maar douche. Lekkere doucheproducten en ook thee/koffie. Wifi is top en ook een hele fijne tv. Locatie op 20 min lopen vh centrum en heel dichtbij openbaar vervoer. De klantenservice is top, er wordt zeer snel en professioneel gereageerd op je vragen.

Appartement was qua schoonmaak en onderhoud niet top! Vaatwasser heeft ontkalking en glansmiddel nodig. Het is gelegen in een volkswijk in een ongezellige straat. Parkeren kan maximaal 3 uur voor de deur en is betaald. Er is wel een goede parkeergarage in de buurt, maar deze is duur. Accommodatie is niet voor lichte slapers, licht dichtbij het vliegveld. Gelukkig wordt er in de nacht nauwelijks gevlogen.

Lock box for key not labelled as per video and had to push weeds and brambles back. Poor maintenance of appartment, stained toilet, broken shower cubicle door, broken fitting in shower for hand held shower hose, picture frame with broken glass just left in appartment, aircon started leaking water over floor, tv and unit on 1st morning, had to isolate and mop up then no aircon available. (They did send someone out to clean up and moved furniture round so nothing electrical underneath aircon unit). Door key very tricky to fathom out as has part electrical connection then needs multiple turns, had to use side door sometimes as would not work. No numbers on appartment doors or floor levels, as lift not working when we arrived so the video did not help. The videos about which washing machine of 16 in the basement to use only became visible after check in , same as the video to say where trash went....nothing in site to say extra videos would be there after checkin and would need to go back into arca site..had read everything beforehand . Just needs local team to fix broken stuff so more welcoming and either make all videos available when booked or say to go back in after checkin. Aircon was only in lounge area, were fans for bedrooms but was very warm, accept hot weather while we were there. Only used coffee pod machine and kettle as too hot with no aircon to cook in appartment so went out to eat. All these issues were reported to the business via WhatsApp when we arrived other than aircon which was next morning when the leak became apparent.
