The property officially confirmed the presence of bed bugs
During our stay at Studio Śląska z Siłownią w Gdańsku by Noclegi Renters, both I and my mother-in-law were bitten by bed bugs. The bites started from the very first nights, but at first we thought it was an allergy. Only towards the end of the stay we found live bed bugs in the headboard of the bed. After our check-out, the property officially confirmed the presence of bed bugs, but claimed they appeared only after our stay, which is not realistic. Bed bugs do not appear overnight, and previous guests may have also been affected but did not report it. As a result, both of us had to undergo medical treatment for more than a week due to the bites. Despite the confirmed infestation and health impact, the property refused to provide a full refund. Booking.com only offered partial compensation in the form of wallet credits, not a real refund. This experience was stressful, unsafe, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly warn future guests to be cautious when booking this property.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, czysto, fajny nowoczesny blok. Dobre udogodnienia z bez kontaktowym zameldowaniem. W apartamencie były małe opakowania żeli i szamponów do kąpieli oraz mydło a także herbata i kawa plus cukier - super.
Jedyne co nam przeszkadzało to za mało ręczników i wieszaków w łazience , brak ociekacza na naczynia w kuchni a nie opłaca się myć w zmywarce dwóch kubków i dwóch talerzy. Jeden ręcznik na 5 dni to troszkę za mało tym bardzie,j że nie ma gdzie go uprać i wywiesić. Tak to wszystko było super ❤️
