This was like staying in a 19th century mansion with roots reaching as far back as the 15th, AND with the opening from the common-space living room to the canal always open. It takes a few days for you to finally open up to the fact that you are living in a dream world. Plus you are close to everything. Plus the owner and staff present themselves with just the finess required for this dream world.
Can't think of anything worth mentioning.

Console Palais was just perfect in every way! The location was excellent - close to major attractions and public transportation, but in a quiet setting. It is a beautiful property! Everyone was so friendly and helpful too!
