Location . Lay out and house size perfect for our family . Assistance when needed was very prompt .
Only small issues . Few staples left empty. Few repairs needing , not enough lounge space for the amount of people . Attempted to use bean bags but were seriously lacking in the beans department .

Location, kitchen facilities, kid's room and games.
The adult bed mattresses were very hard. One of the beds was creaking at the slightest move - felt like it was going to collapse (queen bed in the front room).
