Bit of rubbish under the lounges and crumbs in the toaster cupboard. Some of the saucepans and frying pans were greasy but as a whole the place was very nice. Pool was great. 2 min walk to the water and beaches were not crowded. Close to everything. Saw the Maritime Museum, Huskisson Markets and Shoalhaven Zoo (5 stars). Visit Hyam Beach, 30 minutes well worth the visit.

We had a fantastic stay. The house has great shared spaces with a big yard for the kids to play, it is super neat and tidy, perfect for our stay. Location was right next to the beach and foreshore walk with a short stroll up to Vincentia shops. Couldn’t have found a better place, highly recommend!

Needs general maintenance bricks broken at front,cobwebs on front window pool wasn’t clean as pool cleaner wasn’t working screen door off tracks in studio (although we didn’t require it’s use )tiles loose and broken around pool ,veranda area hadn’t been swept. My point is none of this would be expensive to fix so general lack of maintenance
