House was excellent, clean and tidy, all amenities and great location. Stayed with 4 couples and everyone had a great time, would definitely stay again.

The house is very well layed out and equipped, the kitchen has everything you need, a lovely living area and a good sized deck. The beds are comfy and location unbeatable. Sunrises over the water are stunning.
The backyard is no fuss and well fenced, ideal for children and the dog to run around in.
We were there on a weekend, so no building noise from the construction side next door.
We will be back.

I did have interactions with the hosts. The furniture was limited for the amount of gusts we had. The plumbing is very noisy both up & downstairs - the upstairs squeaks so loudly it is painsful to the ears. The bulb in the upstairs bathroom has blown. The oven is overly complicated to work and there were no instructions. It would be helpful to mark the keys different colours rather than have 3 the same on the ring. There isnt a dry outside spot if raining (no undercover area to sit). Most hosts supply milk & tea bags on arrival - there was no milk and only 2 teabags. There are lots of herbs/ spices but the salt & pepper grinders dont work at all. There are not enough mugs and only huge thick ones. Would be good to have some smaller cups for coffee.
