Das Apartment war sehr schön und der Ausblick vom Balkon hervorragend . Die Vermieterin war sehr Nett und zuvorkommend . Sie hat mir zu jeder Zeit auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet , sie hat für uns Taxis gebucht und uns alle Fragen beantwortet . Sehr nett , ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen !

I’ve stayed in a lot of apartments during my travels, but this one actually deserves a number 1 place! Everything you want or need is there on the highest level. The bed is super comfortable, the couch is great, everything for the cooking is there, even things like salt, oil etc, which I personally hate to buy all the time in different places, but in this apartment it’s already there. Also all the appliances are brand new, the coffee machine is also cool. Bathroom is super spacious and fully equipped. Also I was amazed with the wifi speed and cool tv. The balcony is very nice for cozy evening chill, there is a great view. Also very important thing to mention is how quiet the apartment is, you can really rest and relax there. Host Ana is amazing and very welcoming, she left us some sweets for check in, helped us to solve couple of issues, recommended nice places, and overall did her best to make us feel comfortable. I will definitely get back here on my next trip to Skopje! Recommend 10000%

The apartment is in a great spot — having Kipper Market downstairs and Ramstore just a few steps away was incredibly convenient. The area was calm and quiet, which made for relaxing nights. The highlight inside was definitely the large TV, perfect for cozy Netflix evenings. The apartment felt generally peaceful, and the stay had potential to be great with a few adjustments.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues that got in the way. The stay started with some confusion about payment — the driver initially asked for it right away, which felt abrupt, but after clarification with the main contact, I was told I could pay whenever. The boiler’s temperature gauge didn’t work, which caused a lot of unnecessary waiting before I realized the water was actually hot. From the third day, the bathroom developed a strong sewage smell that didn’t go away, making it uncomfortable to use. There were also several functional problems: the shower was badly clogged, so water pooled up to my ankles and overflowed onto the floor when I opened the shower doors — not only messy but genuinely slippery with the provided slippers. The trash bin was too small for a longer stay, and the Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach all areas of the apartment well. On top of that, the balcony and entrance doors began jamming, and the bathroom door needed an extra push to close. A low-hanging chandelier in the living room became a repeated head hazard when changing clothes. Given the price I paid, I expected a smoother, better-maintained experience. There are likely better options in this range unless some of these issues are addressed.
