I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

At first I was going to write a review with swear words but I realized it wasn't change anything. I don't know how this apartment has a rating above 9, because according to us it wouldn't even get a 7. The photos are from long ago, right after the renovation. I'll put the current one. Apart from the clean bedding, everything else is dirty, damaged, broken, old,... PS: Booking allows posting only 4 photos, so I have 3-4 more that would show the real face of the apartment. The Booking company could introduce video control of the apartment and, if necessary, request the sending of photos that show the true condition.

Our biggest impression was our host Lile. We arrived way later than expected (I believe even after midnight) and she was so welcoming, smiling, waiting for us. Because we needed to work the next day we asked for a later check out and she gave us the green light, which we really appreciated.

Great host, very clean apartment and great location.

The apartment was spotless. It had all the necessary equipment, iron, iron board, kitchen supplies etc. The living room was pretty spacious with a door to a rather large balcony with a view of Vodno Mountain. The location is right next to Skopje City Mall and the main entrance to the building is right on the boulevard giving you an opportunity for a walk under trees. The host came and gave us the keys as soon as we called, and he was very polite and kind. We had a wonderful stay.

This cozy studio was the perfect stay with a great price! The host was incredibly welcoming and even offered us a tour of the facility — something we, unfortunately, had to skip due to being in a bit of a hurry. In our (admittedly biased) opinion, the location couldn’t be better — tucked away in our favorite suburb of Skopje, with everything conveniently within reach. Highly recommended!

Payment by card is not available for the accommodation, and communication through the Booking platform was limited — we didn't manage to communicate well via the in-app messaging system. The space is smaller than it appears in the photos, and one of the more affordable booking options does not include the living room. Some small additions, like kitchen towels and a plugged-in washing machine, would have made the stay more convenient. Still, for the location, price and coziness, it’s a place we’d consider returning to!

Exceptional

Excelent location, near one of the biggest shoping centers in the city ( City Mall) Great connection, near by there are bus stops , taxi stops, rent a bike or e- scooters . There is a public parking just behind the building, if you are travelling with your own vehicle. Clean, cozy, with everything you need , exactly like the pictures ,even better, creating a feeling like you are at home.

At least we didn't sleep in the street

Apartment needs a lot of investment before renting, it should not be offered on those conditions: water in kitchen doesn't work, connection in bathroom neither, bathroom looks dirty, the air extractor full of dirt.. kitchen with no supplies (well, not even water). Airco doesn't cool the bedroom, so it is very hot

Excellent clean accomodation and very nice bathroom, it's been an honour meeting the host , very polite and friendly. Full equipped kitchen and very nice view of Vodno mountain !!! We will surely visit again. All the best !
