Great location, great price, Owner George is responding to messages on time and helpful.

The apartment is big and beautiful.The host was kind and available at any time to help us. It is on the main street in the city which is important you can go everywhere. It is close to City mall and private hospital, park and zoo too.

Due to the old windows and the location directly on the main street, you can hear everything inside. Everything else in the apartment was functional. The hot water tank for the bath is small, so if there is a family, they have to bathe in installments with breaks. We had basic things inside (shampoo, etc.) in the bathroom and the kitchen (dishwashing liquid, coffee, tea, etc.) for use.

Location es really good, close to the best clinics and malls.

Overall, the place has a lot of potential to be a great place to stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the overall cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment flooring is quite old, and I would suggest renovating it, as this would add significant value to the property. The blinds and doors could also use some repairs. The furniture is also quite old, which is not necessarily a negative, but more modern furniture would greatly improve the overall look and feel of the apartment and add considerable value to the property.
