This is a lovely apartment. It’s clean, well maintained and in a good location. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The lounge, dining area and patio are all comfortable and great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Santander. Carol, the host, is great. She is very helpful and responds very quickly via WhatsApp. She also left ‘treats’ such as beer in the fridge and coffee pods. As mentioned in other reviews, there are steps leading up to the apartment which were okay for us but might be an issue for those less mobile.

We had a wonderful stay at CasaBonita. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable. Carol was an excellent host, supplied lots of information about the apartment and things to do in Santander, and was always quick to answer any questions via WhatsApp. It seems Carol has thought of everything you could possible need for your stay - from a couple of cans of beer in the fridge, cake and coffee pods - to the shampoo and body wash in the shower. The bed was very comfortable - we both slept really well during our stay (which is unusual for us) and the shower was good. Netflix on the TV.
Yes - as Carol warns on her listing, there are quite a lot of steps up to the building but it's not that bad, and if you're planning on visiting Santander, you've got to expect to climb quite a lot of very steep streets. If we revisit Santander (which we would at some point), we would definitely want to stay at CasaBonita again.

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds
A little musty and lack of comfortable seats for 4. Terrace was disappointing due to size and the roofing could be cleaner. We needed to buy an air freshener and prop the bathroom window open for ventilation
