The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a spacious living room. It is a nice place, quite clean and well equipped.
The garage is terribly difficult to access without pumping your car. Access to the property is not very convenient, given the irregular terrain of the area. The apartment has two levels, which makes it inconvenient for seniors. One final issue I would like to comment on is the heating system. It is a floor-radiation system that takes a very long time to reach the expected temperature, especially for the upper-level rooms.

Muy amplio y bien ubicado. Se ve reformado recientemente, muy bonita la decoración.
Las habitaciones están en sótano, una habitación muy amplia pero con poca ventilación. El baño de arriba estrecho pero funciona perfectamente. La entrada al garaje es muuuyy estrecha, nos costó mucho entrar y salir, además el garaje no está conectado con el edificio. Bastante complicado con las maletas y un bebé.

El apartamento una pasada, espacioso, cómodo,con todos los complementos que puedes necesitar. Es como estar en casa. Muy céntrico y tener parking es otro punto positivo. Javier, el dueño súper atento en todo momento. Sin duda si volvemos repetiremos.
Por poner algún pero, el acceder a la plaza de parking un poco difícil pero al segundo día, controlado y un poco de olor a humedad en la habitación principal.
