San Simón, apartamento céntrico en Santander

Our stay at this apartment in Santander was perfect! The host was wonderful and even welcomed us early in the morning, which we really appreciated. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and the small terrace was a lovely bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The location was excellent. The apartment was modern. We had a little balcony.

It was on the fourth floor so it was good exercise to climb the stairs. I wouldn't recommend it for elderly people.

The location was fantastic, within easy access of some amazing eateries, a supermarket and only a skip further to both the bus station and Botín art gallery, which is definitely worth a visit. The apartment was clean, modern and refurbished/designed to a high standard. Everything we needed was available, from toiletries and towels to a solid kettle for coffee and a great shower. Our host, Javier, was very friendly and gave us some stellar restaurant recommendations, all on our doorstep.

The only minor issue we had is that my mother is somewhat elderly, although active, and the four flights of stairs up to the apartment were a bit arduous, especially after a couple of glasses of vino! It in no way detracted from the stay, but was the only inconvenience we noted.

La ubicacio

No sabíem que l’apartament es trobava en un quart pis sense ascensor. A l’habitació principal hi havia una forta olor a menjar de gat, cosa que dificultava el descans. El bany presentava un estat de neteja deficient: el vàter tenia pèls i restes de brutícia. A més, no hi havia detergent disponible per fer servir la rentadora.
