A well sized apartment with three full bedrooms and enough space in the kitchen.
Windows are protected by mosquitoes nets and there is a nice, cooling shade from the trees in front of the apartment. Overall, the place is quiet as it's facing the parking lot.
The beds were very good and the bed linen and towels were very clean and fresh.
Contact with the administrator was perfect.
Coupled with the great location, easy to walk to the pedestrian area around Palas, this apartment is a good choice.
The apartment is a bit dated, would need a bit of maintenance, probably a refurbishment.
There has been enough smoking in the apartment for a non smoker to notice it.
The airconditioning is not really usable as when you turn it on it smells intensely of cigarette smoke. Luckily we didn't need it, opening the windows cooled the apartment.

The bird control cold have been better, but i guess that is hard to manage by default.
