The decor and location of the property was awesome. Everything was updated and beautiful. The house did appear clean and well kept.
We unfortunately never received the code to enter the home or the resort. I had to call and message multiple times at 930 PM (our arrival time) to access the property. I messaged a few days prior to request a later check out, and did not receive a response.
The house did have a smell to it, almost mildew/musty. And there was a couple cockroaches that appeared in the kitchen two out of the four nights we stayed. The water dispenser in the fridge also did not work.

Superb property nicely furnished.
Ease of contact with owners. Beds were not changed when we arrived. Iron was missing from the inventory - took two days to get replacement.
Lace curtains at french doors in lounge not ironed - this slightly diminished the feel of the room, which otherwise was superb.
