Close to the attractions.
There were quite a few stairs, and after a long day walking around the parks, going up and down them was tough for all of us—young and old. The dryer also needs to be replaced, as it takes five or more cycles to dry even a small load. A Keurig would be a great addition, especially for groups where everyone enjoys different coffee flavors. Lastly, for guests arriving without a car, there should always be assistance available to help transport luggage to the unit. There were six of us with suitcases, and having to walk to our unit in the pouring rain was difficult.
