Super Villa with Superhero Theme BR, Arcade & Theater

We rented 2 of Villatel’s 10br villas. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. There wasn’t anything in there that could be accidentally broken even by the smallest kids, it was perfect for all ages. Very spacious. It came with two fridges/freezers. They had more than enough pool towels so that you did not have to repurpose bath towels as pool towels. Security/gate guards AND villatel staff were all very friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful- no matter what time of day you called. I felt bad having to call and ask so many questions, but they were welcoming and did their jobs well. They follow protocol to keep you safe.

The pool pump did not work for the jacuzzi. Check in & check out procedures were unclear, outside of having a door code and getting a parking pass. Booking.com did not specifically state that each driver must be listed on booking to enter. So there was a lot of confusion for a while, and it took some time to get everyone on the reservation or get them access through the gate.
