We had 7 families with various ranges of kids and the house had plenty of space and activities to keep everyone entertained. Everyone there had nothing but praise for the home. The home was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood, plenty of rooms, and a stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed all of those people. Communication was great, always checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking, and answered questions in a very timely matter. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Overall this house was a win! The pictures show the true story - rooms were as expected. The house was very spacious and well fitted throughout, including the kitchen (lots of dishes). The variety of bed types throughout was perfect. Loved that there were two "play" areas. The game room was located downstairs and the upstairs loft had other games and activities. Also had upstairs and downstairs laundry facilities - always a plus :). The one big downfall of the home and why it doesn't get a 5 rating, was the internet access. First the listing doesn't tell you that there is only cable on 1 tv and you will need to access live channels on tv or log into your own streaming accounts. the main room tv with cable we had to get the tech to come as the guide posted listed instructions for a control that was not at the home and several remotes didn't have batteries. Would be nice to have extra in the home and not have to wait hours for a tech. The other issue we had was the wifi was EXTREMELY slow and some BR TV's weren't even connected to the network. The wifi issue could be a neighborhood thing, but should be addressed. On the cleanliness side, the microwave was filthy and appeared to never been touched as well as the kettle. Overall, we would consider staying again, but would like to know the wifi issue was fixed. A lovely, spacious home, but with a couple minor tweaks.

The house was beautiful, cost agreed on. However, I was surprised to find upstairs beds unmade and linen in boxes for us to make ourselves. Maybe it is a cleanliness reason.But our biggest disappointment was the Theatsr Room. I’d be more than happy to provide more details if needed however, from the night we moved in to the night before we moved out we had no theater room working. We had technicians come the first three days we were there a different person everyday. And day three, the technician that came out, said that it should have been noticed by the first technician that the projector was going bad along with the fact that they fixed the remote control and the USB cord.The main reason we chose this house was for the theater room. We wanted to do a movie night the first night we were in there that didn’t happen so we tried to Scheduling and by the time it got fixed the night before we were checking out it was much too lateI am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation.Thank uou
