Check in was quick and easy. The house was exactly how the site had listed. The family was quite comfortable. There were common household issues and the team came right out and addressed them.

My husband , myself, our 3 married kids and 11 g-kids (total of 19) stayed at this home. It exceeded our expectations. My husband and I have been doing rental homes in Orlando since OUR kids were young so we are quite experienced. This home was the first that everyone said they would come back to. There was room to spread out, the kitchen was perfect, dining room table big enough, pool was delightfully warm- even for January.
There were a couple of minor issues in the beginning but Villatel responded almost immediately and corrected them. Villatel was super pleasant, easy to deal with, and easy to contact with a "human" response vs leaving a message

The house is great. very Accomodating, comfortable and beautiful. The pool was great and the kitchen is completly stocked annd the beds are very very comfy. you will feel like a hotel accomodation while you are there!
The onlly suggestion is about the bathroom cleanings, some of the showers have mold inside. and the internet wifi was slow most of the dates we been there.

The parking situation was a complete nightmare. Only 5 parking passes were given and when you rent a house with 11 bedrooms and family coming in from all over the country, it's very difficult to tell some that they cannot park in the development. Although the house was comfortable for all of us, we did not like the fact that there were no blinds in the sliding glass door nor on the family room window. The heat from the sun and glare onto the T.V. was uncomfortable. In addition, the kitchen did not adequately support a group of 14 adults. We had to buy bowls, a big saucepan, a pot and a blender as the one in the house did not seal properly. Both refrigerators had most of the door shelves missing so we had to pile the stuff in the main area and quickly ran out of space and if the items were placed too far back, they froze. The ice maker in one did not work. The clothes dryer downstairs did not stop, regardless of the time setting, so we had to put an alarm on our phone. In the game room, the batman car did work and the upstairs air hockey put was missing. Spending time with family is always wonderful and we made the best of it but unfortunately, we will not rent here again.
