Location, facilities, comfort, view, spacious, sensible price.
The air con was incredibly noisy. Fortunately we didn’t need it….but if the outside temp had been much hotter or colder we would have probably reduced our overall rating to a 3.

Great first impression. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooftop deck was beautiful,
Bathrooms could have used some more hooks and a ventilation fan. A tray or cookie sheet would be nice.

The entire apartment is delightful.
The master bathroom is tooooooooo slippy. Accident is unavoidable. Pls be alert. But overallbis excellent.
