Apartment Violine2 am Bahnhof-City

We were visiting Bayreuth for the opera festivals, and for that the location was perfect. I could walk to the theater and back by foot, which makes life definitely easier. It was quite spacious for us to sleep in 2 different places: one parent would put the child to sleep and the other would come late after the performance. It's also close to the grocery store and some restaurants behind the corner, which was convenient!

Not that I didn't like, but want to mention that disposition is tricky: one room is right after the entrance door, and this is where the big bed is and entrance to the kitchen. The bunk beds are in the room that goes next, and this is where the entrance to the toilet is. So basically one can not come late without waking up the other: either when coming, or when going to the bathroom. Also the locker for the key is tricky, but I've reported it to the owner, and I hope they will be able to fix it.

Dans une rue calme, 2 minutes de la gare, 25 min à pied de la Festspielhaus. Appartement propre, bien équipé. Personnel serviable, on nous a libéré l’appartement plus tôt pour qu’on puisse l’avoir avant le spectacle.

Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert durch Safe. Vermieter gut übers Telefon erreichbar! Die Wohnung war sauber.

- Das Appartment hat intensiv nach einem unangehmen Raumduft gestunken - Das Appartment war sehr kalt; draussen war die Temperatur -2°C und die Heizkörper standen seit Tage auf 0. Obwohl wir die Heizkörper gleich anmachten und sie gleich warm wurden, wurde die Wohnung natürlich nicht gleich warm. - Sommerdecken bei -2°C! Der Vermieter hat uns dann bei Anfrage noch zwei Decken vorbeigebracht; wir waren allerdings zu dritt. - Das Bad hat keine Heizung und war wirklich eisig kalt ***. Niemand hat sich zugetraut zu duschen! - Das Kopfteil von dem einen Bett ging ab, falls das Bett nicht direkt an der Wand stand
