Location was perfect. The property had everything we needed to cook. The washing and drying machines were awesome. The balcony is a big plus!

Best location at the heart of Vancouver downtown. Very nice room with ample of space, exceptionally clean. Great customer service, Alice from the concierge was really helpful. Overall a perfect stay away home!!!

The location was good and the place was clean.
The rooms were not good and had very little privacy as the walls were not built to the ceiling, so when someone comes to the kitchen and turns on the light, you are woken up and listen everything. I did not like the window blinds as they were see through with very little privacy. No towels and shampoo provided upon arrival.
