This was a great location and great value for the price. Super close to the skytrain and buses, close to City Market, and walking distance to pretty much any where we wanted to go. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops around. There is only one person working the desk at any given time, so if they're helping someone else you may have to wait to get in, but it wasn't too bad as they are super responsive. The bed was comfortable and the room was roomy and bright. It was quiet; we didn't hear the people beside us or the elevator while we were there. The staff was all really friendly.
Blackout curtains would have been appreciated - the blinds didn't block out the street lights, and the sun came up really early. Would be nice to sleep in a bit on vacation - the bright room was great unless you were trying to sleep past 6:30am. The couch and chairs weren't super comfortable. We were only in town for three nights but if we had stayed longer it would have been nice to be able to relax in the living area a bit more. I would recommend at least putting cushions on the dining set

Hairs and unclean spots in the toilet. Looks like cleaning was done very fast right before i arrived.

The bath tub was a nice big size.
The Tv can move around the room
The mattress were comfortable
Kitchen was new and useable.
The strong odor from the fragrance on the pillows.
