Communication with our host was excellent and very helpful. Tha apartment was clean and well stocked. Check in was a bit different obtaining the key at a different location but it went very smoothly. Check out was very easy. Location is great, near the cruise terminal and Gastown. We really enjoyed our stay.

No curtains, only sun shades so hard sleeping, host expects guest to download app to control thermostat, what? Host has three swamp coolers, one in each bedroom and third in living room. Since they must be vented, the hose is through an upper window. Therefore lots of noise and again no way to block sun when sleeping. 1 wine glass. Host expects guest to put all sheets and towels in teeny tiny washer in unit. It took three loads. Blind chain in kitchen broken. Etc. Great location and great views though. Guest beware of what is not in description. Truth hurts!
