Good central location, easy access, great shopping within minutes.Host very responsive. Towels, sheets, etc. clean, but unit itself could've use a bit more freshening up.

Good location across from Roger’s Arena. Noise from SkyTrain was very loud. Hard to navigate the TV channels. Instructions would help. No A/C and fans were confusing. Different remote for each fan. Two fans didn't work. Bought new batteries. Didn't help. One bedroom window is broken. Smoke detector covered with plastic. GeneralMaintenance required. Baseboards need cleaning. Host was helpful with finding the place, suggestions for nearby restaurants, transportation options, etc. and she answered all questions promptly.
