The flat in which the apartment is situated is pretty old. However, well-preserved.

L'esperienza complessiva è stata segnata da alcune mancanze comunicative e tecniche. Al nostro arrivo le indicazioni sono risultate poco chiare. In casa l'acqua era fredda: la guida non menzionava la necessità di accendere il boiler e aspettare inoltre l'interruttore non era facilmente identificabile. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, la descrizione non è accurata: non è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente sotto casa poiché vige il divieto di sosta e fermata (ci si affida solo alla fortuna di non ricevere sanzioni). La cucina è ben fornita, ma lo stato di manutenzione di alcune stoviglie non è ottimale.
